Birth Support (Lite)

For families who want to feel fully supported, prepared, and confident going into birth

  • 2 in person prenatal visits

  • Continuous labour and birth support through phone and text

  • On call support from 38 weeks

  • In person comfort measures and emotional support in person in labour and attendance at your birth

  • Immediate postpartum support after birth

$1,595 + HST

The Continuum of Care Package

Ongoing support from pregnancy through postpartum, so you never feel alone in the transition

  • Everything included in the Full Birth Package

  • Includes a minimum of 16 hours of daytime and/or overnight postpartum support after you return home

  • Feeding, sleep, and newborn guidance

  • Emotional and practical support during your transition

  • Starting at price is based on 16 hours of postpartum support. You can always add on more postpartum support as you need it
